Pros
- All-in-one unit plugs into a 120 V outlet, so most owners can install it without an electrician
- Two years of full parts coverage, then prorated to year 8
- Adapter kits (sold separately) fit it to Hayward AquaRite, Pentair IntelliChlor or Jandy AquaPure plumbing
Cons
- Shows only a Low Salt light, not the salt level, so you still need a salt test
- Output adjusts in coarse steps (15% to 90%) from the buttons
- No Wi-Fi or app; that is the CORE CONTROL model
