Best Whole-Home and Crawlspace Dehumidifiers Ranked

10 ducted and crawlspace dehumidifiers.

Last updated: October 22, 2026

A whole-home dehumidifier ties into the HVAC ducts or sits in a crawlspace or basement, and drains continuously through a hose or pump. They’re built to run for years in cool, damp spaces, with heavier coils and longer warranties than portable units, and cost several times as much. Most are installed by an HVAC contractor, and the install isn’t included in the prices shown.

Makers rate these under two different DOE test conditions, so compare capacity with care: whole-home units are normally rated at 73 °F, but a few crawlspace units here are rated at the cooler 65 °F portable test, which gives a lower figure for the same machine. Each product page says which one applies.

Prices were last checked October 22, 2026 and are subject to change; the price and availability shown by the retailer at the time of purchase apply.
