The cheapest Beatbot that also skims the surface, a good fit for leafy pools up to about 3,200 sq ft. It costs half as much as the AquaSense 2 Ultra but has no AI camera.
Beatbot $1,099A robotic pool cleaner drives itself around the pool, scrubbing with brushes and pulling water through its own filter, so it works without the pool pump and without a hose. Corded robots run off a floating cable to a power supply at the pool edge and never run flat. Cordless robots have no cable to tangle but stop when the battery does, and most park at the waterline for you to lift out and recharge. Of the 84 robots here, 42 are cordless and 42 corded, and the two are ranked separately.
The rankings score each one on price, what it cleans (floor only, walls, the waterline, or the surface as well), how it navigates, its warranty, the pool size it’s rated for and its features. How we rank explains the scoring.
Suction-side and pressure-side cleaners that run off the pool’s own pump, and solar surface skimmers, aren’t included.
