- Low price for a UL listed, ignition protected onboard charger
- IP67 aluminum housing shrugs off spray and bilge water
- Separate charging and sensing on each bank, so a drained trolling battery does not hold back the starting battery
Cons
- 5 A per bank is slow for a large deep cycle battery
- No lithium profile, so it cannot charge a LiFePO4 trolling battery
- Only a 2 year warranty
- Status lights show charging stage, not how full each battery is
