Pros
- UL 325 listed, with obstruction sensing that stops and reverses the gate
- Handles most residential single driveway gates up to 16 ft
- Adds phone control with the MMS100 kit and solar with a small panel
- Battery operation keeps the gate working in a power cut
Cons
- The 550 lb rating only applies to an 8 ft gate; a 16 ft gate is limited to 350 lb
- Needs a 12 V battery bought separately
- Not for solid privacy gates, which catch too much wind
- One year warranty
