Pros
- Light enough at 8.4 lb with battery to hold overhead for limbing and pruning
- Runs on any EGO 56V battery, so it shares packs with an EGO mower or blower
- Tool free chain tensioning and an automatic oiler keep upkeep simple
- 5 year tool warranty, among the longest here
Cons
- A 12 in bar limits it to limbs and small trees, not firewood rounds
- The small 2.5Ah battery runs out sooner than the bigger EGO kits
