Most are swept across the stump by turning the tractor’s hitch or backing into the cut; models with hydraulic cylinders swing the wheel from the seat but need rear hydraulic remotes. Check the maker’s horsepower range and hitch category against your tractor, and look for a slip clutch on the PTO shaft to protect the tractor’s driveline.
