A computer wheel balancer spins a mounted wheel on a shaft, reads the imbalance and shows how much weight to add on each side and where. You enter the rim size, width and distance, by hand or with a measuring arm, and the display does the rest. Most plug into a 110 V outlet and need no compressed air.
