Best Cellular Routers for RVs and Vans Ranked

16 cellular routers with SIM slots, Ethernet ports and external antenna connectors.

Last updated: November 4, 2026

A cellular router is meant to be installed: it bolts to a wall, takes power from the 12 V system and connects to antennas on the roof. Most are sold with the modem, power lead and two whip antennas, and some come bundled with a cloud plan from a reseller that adds to the price. Industrial models from Teltonika, Peplink, Cradlepoint and InHand are built for vehicles and published as such, so they are also the ones with the clearest power and temperature specs.
