Best 240V Portable Power Stations Ranked

Stations that put out 240 V from one unit, for well pumps, dryers, central AC and whole-home transfer switches.

Last updated: October 20, 2026

Most power stations put out 120 V only. That covers almost everything in a house that plugs into a wall outlet, but not the 240 V circuits: well pumps, electric dryers and ranges, central air, and a whole-home transfer switch or generator inlet wired for both legs.

The first list has stations that deliver 240 V from a single unit. Most are split-phase: 120 V and 240 V together, like a home panel, usually through an L14-30 or 14-50 outlet. A few have a 240 V outlet that isn’t split-phase. Check that it matches what you plan to run.

The second list has stations that reach 240 V only when two units are linked, or through the maker’s hub or smart panel. The price shown is for one unit, so budget for two plus the kit.

Prices were last checked October 20, 2026 and are subject to change; the price and availability shown by the retailer at the time of purchase apply.
